Pour sa première édition, le VisualSpace collectif organise, en partenariat avec l'Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles, une exposition qui rassemble de jeunes artistes contemporains sélectionnés par un professionnel du monde de l'art. 

Cette exposition illustre la manière dont des artistes nés dans les années '80, pratiquant différentes disciplines, s'approprient des images ou des objets dont ils modifient la structure afin d'en proposer une lecture différente et de susciter une réflexion sur notre monde. Ils recodent le réel, le fragmentent, brouillent sa lecture, altèrent sa structure pour le charger d'une nouvelle énergie.

Né d'une envie d'offrir à de jeunes artistes l'opportunité de présenter leur travail à un large public, le collectif VisualSpace se compose d'un ensemble de personnes éclectiques et complémentaires qui s'unissent afin de partager leur intérêt commun pour l'art.

For its first event, and in partnership with Arba-Esa, the « VisualSpace collective » is organizing an exhibition bringing together young contemporary artists chosen by a professional of the art world.

The exhibition illustrates the way in which artists born in the 80’s from different disciplines, take images and objects and transform their structure so as to show a different interpretation and image of our world. They redefine the latter to charge it with new energy.

Created as a result of a mutual desire to give young talent an opportunity to present their work to a wider public, the « VisualSpace collective » consists of a group of electic, but complementary, individuals who have united to share their interest for art.
