Manfredas has been collecting pirate tapes, producing plastic vampire teeth and also crime news on the radio. He was hitting the national charts with a Lithuanian cover version of "Vamos A La Playa", doing hip hop events and playing warm up sets for everyone from Lenny Kravitz to Chemical Brothers in the neighborhood. No more local hero is now running famous "Smala" club night at Opium Club, which is a favourite to Ivan Smagghe, Daniel Avery, Red Axes, Richard Fearless and many others. He's also releasing his own warped up funk and modern day minimal wave. 2014 marks a debut and sold out "Pink industry" EP on Les Disques De La Mort, Smagghe's brand new record label. His music's being released on Rebolledo's Kompakt and Erol Alkan's Fabric compilations, and he did remixes for Jaakko Eino Kalevi and Margot. With a second EP and album coming on LDDLM, and also releases scheduled on Multi Culti, Relish, his calendar is looking busier everyday. Watch your back…
