NEEDLE & THE PAIN REACTION is an energetic dark groovy sonic guitar punk band. Already 15 years active, they are next to their DIY approach, especially known and notorious for their strong live reputation, guerilla concerts in Ghent and tours in Europe and Canada. Bands such as The Jesus Lizard, Metz, Helmet, Afghan Wigs, The God Machine, TAD,.. are their influences. 5 years after their last album "Stains" was worked by 2015 with the primarily was extracted from their legendary jam sessions. Their 4th album "Porcupine" is especially more aggressive and more energetic than before. Everything was recorded, mixed and produced by Peter Dale (drums) and Luc W (bass), mastered by Frederick Davis (Jerboa).
